Wiring for Industrial Controls, Inc. (WIC), is a customer service oriented panel and cable assembly manufacturer. Our mission is to keep quality as a priority, be cost efficient, and listen to the customer’s real needs. Through investing in our employees and utilizing our collective experience we promise to provide the best possible customer service and quality to our customers.

Wiring for Industrial Controls, has a set chain of command that is strictly adhered to on all product and customer issues. Quality and continuous improvement are our basic operating principles. Quality is understanding the requirements of our customers and consistently meeting or exceeding those requirements. W.I.C., realizes our customers quality needs and is beginning a new path towards ISO certification.

Our testing products to insure 100% quality are as follows:

Cirrus Tester Signature 1000 series

  • Hipot voltage range of 50V to 1000V
  • Connection and Insulation Resistance range of 5 to 200 ohms
  • 100+ test boards
  • Ability to create testing boards for all versions of connectors
  • All employees are taught to use tester
  • Ability to have printouts confirmations of testing if customer required
All WIC's employees follow the quality guidelines by documenting all assemblies and sub- assemblies. They are held responsible for their actions and the products they build. If corrective actions are needed or questions arise, they have a direct chain of command to follow. Purchasing and our sales staff are also involved in this loop, to assure no future problems.

What our customers demand of our quality system operations, is what we strive to be based upon. W.I.C. is always looking into the new technologies that help the testing procedure become more time effective. All products that leave our dock are tagged with an ID tag or label. This is our system of identification in case of error. When drawings are red lined all work is stopped on the particular product until verification and 100% approval by the customer is attained.
